All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days*.
During SALES & HOLIDAY SEASON shipping and processing is within 7-10 business days.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) OR United Parcel Service (UPS)
Once an order is processed, you will receive an order tracking number via the email provided at checkout. Ensure your email address is correct and add UREMBO ASILI to your main email folder to ensure the email doesn't end up in the SPAM folder.
We are unable to change your shipping address once an order is submitted. Please, always double or triple check for correctness.
We accept Shopify's methods of payments which includes most credit cards and Paypal..
All sales are FINAL.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, no refunds are possible.
IF you receive your goods damaged, we will be more than happy to replace them at no cost to you OR issue a refund. In order to start this process you MUST email us a picture(s) of the damaged products and the box they arrived in. The subject line should read 'DAMAGED GOODS' and be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IF you provided an incorrect mailing address, there will be no refunds issued, as it its the customer's responsibility to double check this information and contact us to make changes swiftly.
There are no exceptions.
*If the error is on our part, we will correct it at no additional charge to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim. You may FILE A CLAIM HERE

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com and attach a PHOTO with the subject line DAMAGED. Include your order number in the body of the email as well as tracking number.
