ORDER PROCESSING

Urembo Asili is run by ONE person.

All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days*. During SALES & HOLIDAY SEASON shipping and processing is within 5-10 business days.

*Business days are Monday-Friday

PAYMENTS

We accept only the methods of payments offered on Shopify which also includes most credit cards and Paypal. We do not accept or process checks or money orders.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped priority mail via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once an order is processed, you will receive an order tracking number via the email provided at checkout. Ensure your email address is correct and add UREMBO ASILI to your main email folder to ensure the email doesn't end up in the SPAM folder.

We are unable to change your shipping address once an order is submitted. Please always double or triple check for correctness.

We currently don't ship internationally.

SUMMER SHIPPING

Due to high temperatures in the summer, we will NOT be shipping our butters beyond California.

If you choose to purchase a body butter in the summer time, be prepared to re-whip it upon arrival. Otherwise stock up in the spring and winter and continue to enjoy our decadent butters all year round.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL. We ensure that our products are made of the highest quality and are willing to discuss how to use them for the best results.

*If the error is on our part, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. 

If you have specific allergies, please carefully review the ingredients for each product before making a purchase. If you have more specific questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not recieve it, please contact USPS to file a claim. You may file a claim here

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at natureperfected@uremboasili.com and attach a PHOTO with the subject line DAMAGED. Include your order number in the body of the email as well as tracking number.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We accept custom orders but require that you contact us first to see if we can meet your needs. Please allow for additional processing time for custom orders.
