Shipping policy

All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days*. During SALES & HOLIDAY SEASON shipping and processing is within 5-10 business days.

*Business days are Monday-Friday

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)

Once an order is processed, you will receive an order tracking number via the email provided at checkout. Ensure your email address is correct and add UREMBO ASILI to your main email folder to ensure the email doesn't end up in the SPAM folder.

We are unable to change your shipping address once an order is submitted. Please, always double or triple-check for correctness. In certain circumstances we can make the change, please contact us directly via email at hello@uremboasili.com or use the contact form on the website located on the bottom right that says "Contact Us".

We currently don't ship internationally. We however can ship to Kenya via known carriers that ship from the US to Kenya. Use that address as your shipping address and confirm the rest of the details with them once the order has been processed.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at natureperfected@uremboasili.com and attach a PHOTO with the subject line DAMAGED. Include your order number in the body of the email as well as a tracking number. You will need to file a claim with either UPS (if you failed to purchase insurance at checkout) or with ROUTE (if you purchased insurance at check out)

We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it and don't have ROUTE insurance with your order, please contact UPS to file a claim HERE 

If you purchased ROUTE insurance with your order, please file a claim, HERE
