Refund policy
Due to the delicate nature of our products, no refunds are possible.
IF you receive your goods damaged, we will be more than happy to facilitate a replacement via our insurance protection ROUTE or UPS Claim. In order to start this process, you MUST email us a picture(s) of the damaged products, the order number, and the box they arrived in. The subject line should read 'DAMAGED GOODS' and be sent to natureperfected@uremboasili.com.
IF you provided an incorrect mailing address, there will be no refunds issued, as it its the customer's responsibility to double check this information and contact us to make changes swiftly.
There are NO exceptions.
